Welcome to PichiPichi Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile games, our website pichipichigames.com, and any related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

PichiPichi Games ("PichiPichi Games", "we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile game studio. You can reach us at contact@pichipichigames.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country, to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account and progress

Some of our games store progress on your device. Others may offer an optional account to back up progress. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials safe and for the activity on your account.

4. License to use our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Modify or distribute the games or any part of them.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or bots.
• Use the Services to harass other players, distribute hate content, or break the law.

5. Purchases and virtual items

Some games may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or cosmetic upgrades. All purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Virtual items have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Advertising

Some games include advertising to keep the games free to play. Ads are delivered by trusted third-party networks; see our Privacy Policy for details, and our Data Deletion page if you want to remove advertising identifiers.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time. We try to give notice for material changes that affect your saves or purchases, but cannot always guarantee continuous availability.

8. Intellectual property

All game content (characters, art, music, code, brand assets) is owned by PichiPichi Games or our licensors. Trademarks, logos, and the "PichiPichi Games" name are reserved.

9. User feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Services. You do not have to send us feedback, but if you do, please don't include anything confidential.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. We do our best to keep the games fun, stable, and pleasant, but we cannot guarantee they will always work without interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PichiPichi Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm other players, or use the Services in a way that puts the studio at risk.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, except where overridden by mandatory local law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of your country of residence unless required otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page; if changes are material, we'll do our best to flag them in-game or on the site.
