Data deletion requests

If you wish to request the deletion of any advertising identifiers or analytical data associated with our game, please email us at contact@pichipichigames.com with your request.

What to include in your email

To help us locate and remove your data quickly, please include the following in your message:

  • The name of the PichiPichi Games title you played (e.g. Cute Tiles: Match 3 Game).
  • The device platform (iOS or Android) and approximate date(s) you played.
  • Your advertising identifier if you have it (IDFA on iOS, or GAID on Android). Including it is optional but helps speed up the request.
  • A short note confirming that you are requesting deletion of advertising identifiers, analytical data, or both.

What we will delete

On request, we will remove the following data associated with your device or account from our systems and from any third-party analytics or advertising partners we use:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
  • Anonymous usage and analytics events tied to your device
  • Crash report identifiers tied to your device
  • Any in-game account data, if you played a game that uses account-based progress

How long it takes

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If the request requires coordination with a third-party partner, the full process may take up to 60 days; we will keep you informed if so.

What we cannot delete

Some data may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. Where that's the case we will tell you in our response. Aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may also remain in our analytics.
