Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PichiPichi Games ("PichiPichi Games", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile games or visit pichipichigames.com (collectively, the "Services"). We aim to keep this policy short, plain, and honest.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

If you email us, send us feedback, or sign up to a game that uses an optional account, we receive whatever you choose to share. That is typically your email address, the contents of your message, and any account details you create.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use our Services, our games and website may automatically collect:

• Device and usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, region, crash and error reports, and in-game events (session started, run started, run completed, ad watched, etc.).
• An anonymous app identifier: a randomly generated app-instance ID (not your name or email) that we store on our own servers to deliver in-game purchases and support rewards, and to measure how our games are played (for example, day-1 and day-7 return rates). You can turn analytics off at any time in the in-game settings.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android), collected by our advertising partner if you have not opted out at the OS level.
• Location: our games ask for no location permission at all, neither precise nor approximate, so we never read your device's location and we never pass a location to our advertising partner. Our advertising partner may still infer an approximate region from your IP address on its own servers in order to show region-appropriate ads. Our own game analytics do not record your IP address or any location.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our games and website.
• To diagnose crashes, technical issues, and bugs.
• To understand which features players enjoy through aggregated analytics.
• To show ads in games that include advertising, and to measure ad performance.
• To respond to your support, press, or partnership emails.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services we use

Our games integrate trusted third-party services to help with advertising, sign-in, cloud saves, and payments, each subject to its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (and its mediation partners) to show and measure ads; it may collect your advertising identifier and ad-interaction data.
• Google Play Services and Google Play Games for sign-in, cloud save, and achievements.
• Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases; we never see your full payment details.
• Cloudflare, which hosts our own analytics and reward-delivery backend.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Children

Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please email contact@pichipichigames.com and we will delete it.

5. Your choices and rights

• Advertising identifiers: You can reset or limit ad tracking from your device's privacy settings.
• Access, correction, deletion: Depending on your region (EU, UK, California, etc.) you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or object to certain processing.
• Data deletion requests are handled on our data deletion page.

6. Data retention

We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Detailed analytics events are automatically deleted after about 3 months. A small amount of aggregate and account-level data (such as an anonymous app identifier and its return-visit history) is kept longer to measure retention and deliver purchases, and is removed on request (see our data deletion page).

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to minimize what we collect and how long we keep it.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including in the United States or the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in-game or on this website.
